ICC International Circuit C New Licence Application Renew Licence Application Upgrade License Medical Examinations (International Level) Y 17 Compete, to the satisfaction of the Clerk of the Course, at five CAMS National circuit racing meetings during previous 12 months at not fewer than two different circuits (except where approved by CAMS). This international observation to be noted as 'INT OBS' and subject to the approval of the Stewards of the Meeting, signed by the Clerk of the Course in the Pass Book. NC National Circuit New Licence Application Renew Licence Application Upgrade License Single Event Licence Medical Examinations (National Level) PC/PCC Y 14* One circuit racing events per two years (i.e. the previous 24 months) Compete, to the satisfaction of the Clerk of Course, at five CAMS circuit racing meetings during previous 24 months, with no less than three of those five circuit racing meetings being completed during the 12 months prior to upgrade application, at no fewer than two different circuits (except where approved by CAMS). Pass Book to be signed by Clerk of Course. Within any given period prior to upgrade, Participate as a trackside official for one eight-hour or two four-hour sessions at a Circuit Race. Pass Book to be signed by Senior Official.

Within any given period prior to upgrade, participate as a trackside official for one eight-hour or two four-hour sessions, with the exception of those under the age of 16 who must only officiate in non-trackside positions at a Superkart or Circuit Race.
