Logbook Replacement

If you require a replacement logbook because your Historic logbook has been lost, stolen or destroyed, you will need to complete a Statutory Declaration.

Please submit the Statutory Declaration, including details of the vehicle, Historic logbook number and reason for replacement, along with new photographs and payment to CAMS. Photos can be emailed to historics@cams.com.au

The cost of a replacement logbook is $80.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the replacement logbook to be processed.
