Change of Details

If you have changed any specification of the car, the category in which it is logbooked, the colour or any other aspect of the vehicle, you will require a logbook amendment. Please complete the following steps:

LOGBOOK AMENDMENT FORM

Download and complete the relevant sections of the Logbook amendment form.

PHOTOS

If the exterior of the car has changed, you must provide two colour photographs of your vehicle. Both should be 9cm x 7cm, of both side-rear and side-front of the vehicle. Photos can also be emailed to logbooks@cams.com.au

LOGBOOK

Send the logbook and the above documents to CAMS.
