The AMSF Motorsport Camp is an annual week-long training camp designed to give you the edge in season 2012 and beyond.

Held at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra, it is your opportunity to live and train as an elite athlete and learn how to prepare for higher levels of motorsport.

The newly designed camp is based on the highly successful CAMS Rising Star Program. With the Rising Star drivers in attendance as well as Aussie Young Guns and all CAMS Scholarship holders, you will be a part of a week long training camp with a number of Australia’s best young talented drivers.

Course content will include, but is not limited to:
• Physiological testing
• Nutrition
• Strength and Conditioning
• Psychology
• Cardiovascular Fitness
• Race preparation
• Recovery
• Media and Sponsorship
• Career planning
• Engineering and Telemetry
• V8 Supercar driver presentation
• Racing nationally and internationally
• Motorsport specific training techniques

Participants will benefit from mixing and networking with likeminded drivers with the desire and hunger for success. With guest presenters and a V8 Supercar driver in attendance at the camp, this experience is not to be missed for any young driver.

Attendance at the camp includes accommodation, use of AIS facilities and all meals at the AIS, as well as all learning materials and camp apparel. Participants will stay on-site at the AIS and will be supervised by CAMS and AMSF Camp Coordinators at all times throughout the camp.  2012 camp attendance fee will be posted in due course.

This is your opportunity to ensure you have the competitive edge for the season and beyond.
