Australian Superkart racer Jordan Ford has added another international win to his tally after claiming two wins at the Assen TT Circuit in the Netherlands.
The 23-year-old won the 'Mono' division, handing him the lead in the Mono Cup in the CIK-FIA Superkart Championship.
The former Australian Superkart champion was elated about his victory at Assen.
"What an amazing weekend, over the moon with two wins at Assen TT circuit this weekend," Ford said on his Facebook page.
"It's absolutely phenomenal the support I have around me and the emotion surrounding me this weekend has been enormous.
"Never have I raced in front of, let alone win in front of, such a huge crowd attending a race (audience of 80,000+).
"Once again I've been smacked hard by all of the love and support from home and around the world... there are so many people to keep thanking; all sponsors, family and friends, it's massively overwhelming."
Ford's next race will be on home soil at Phillip Island, competing at the Australian Superkart Festival as part of the August Access on 19-20 August.
Two rounds remain in the championship, which will both be held in October at the famous Le Mans circuit.
